What is our policy for individuals under 16 years of age? 

Cross Border Talents Group LLC. is committed to complying fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Accordingly, if you are under the age of 13 and within the USA, you are not authorized to provide us with personally identifiable information, and we will not use any such information in our database or other data collection activities.  

This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. Allegis Group does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 16, we will delete that data from our systems.

We appreciate your cooperation with this federally mandated requirement. Users are cautioned that the collection of personal information volunteered by children who do not accurately confirm their age on-line or by e-mail will be treated the same as information given by an adult and may be subject to public access. 

What are the security and privacy controls utilized to protect your information? 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, technical, administrative and procedural controls in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All established account information is password protected. As a security measure, we recommend not to disclose any passwords to anyone.

Cross Border Talents Group LLC. will never ask you for your password and remember to sign out of your account and close browser windows at the end of your sessions. 

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. What is our policy on data privacy breaches and notification? 

In any event related to breaches of personal data, Cross Border Talents Group LLC. is responsible for considering actions that should be taken and inform the affected parties. 

In accordance with relevant regional data privacy regulations, if a breach of personal data occurs, the relevant authorities and data controller should be informed within 24 hours. These cases should be managed internally as high impact information security incidents. Our internal incident response policy ensures data breaches are properly handled. The Data Protection Officer shall coordinate incident response related to personal data breaches.
